Before the love month ended, Da Sekeers Cove held workshop for everyone about that one thing that makes the world go 'round --- LOVE! Everyone surely was able to relate and participate well as the topic centers on relationship patterns that we have derived from our parents, which might be affecting our past and current relationship. The aim of this workshop is to make the participants aware of these patterns and guide them through making the relationship work for them.
Each participant was able to share their experiences and their co-participants as well as the facilitators gave their insights on these experiences. A self-therapy activity was also done so they may learn how to get over the emotional turbulence that they have been through in their past significant relationships and to mend the current one if they are committed.
This very cathartic workshop ended with a sumptuous meal catered by Pho bac restaurant.
