Do you want to decrease your stress?
Catastrophic damages and massive casualties from the ravage of super typhoon Yolanda in the central part of the Philippines has caused a tragic impact on the lives of the people living in that area, their families and all the Filipino people. We cannot find the right words to describe how we feel of the images we see on our screens. The thought of varied emotions (e.g. fear, anxiety, disbelief, anger, anguish, pain) overwhelming everyone pushes us to offer help. Just like everyone, from everywhere, pitching in and doing their share, we would like to do our part by offering psychological support in the form of 'tapping therapy' to help reduce the stress and difficult emotions of everyone affected and to motivate them to get on with their lives even in the circumstances they are in. Our tapping method has been efficiently used to help e.g. traumatized victims from Rwanda and Vietnam war veterans.
