A Workshop on Loving Relationship

Nurturing Loving Relationships: A Valentine-Special Seminar
February 23, 2013, Saturday (4-9pm) @ Phobac Restaurant

The way we love our significant other reflects the way we love ourselves. The concept of love that we know may be different from that of our partner’s for the reason that we have been raised differently and have been influenced by different people. Ideally, before we get into a relationship, we should have full-knowledge about ourselves. We must have already resolved issues within us that might affect the relationship that we are about to get into. However, it does not work that way all the time, as love comes when we least expect it. Fate just bounds two people to meet unexpectedly, and we feel a certain kind of attraction that can grow deeper and deeper everyday and before we know it, we’re in love!

The way we react on the realization that we hold special feelings for someone can tell a lot on how it can affect our potential relationship with that person. It also reveals our experience in relationships and the things that we may improve on to make it work with the person we are having serious feelings for. For example, a girl who just had her first crush can be very optimistic and romantic and pursue the center of her affection. Because it is her first time to feel something special for someone, that girl can become so excited and without taking any caution, go for that guy who she admires so much. After several heartbreaks, the same girl meets again a man who seems so promising. Being very cautious this time, to the point of becoming afraid to love, the girl will just ignore the guy and turn down all the possibilities of finding true love and being happy at last.

Whether in a relationship or not, this seminar is for you! This is especially for those who have been terribly hurt and would not want to get into a relationship again. Although not all relationships end up in marriage as some even might have chosen a different vocation in life; but let’s all admit that at some point in our life, we have all been in love so deeply and we tried so hard to make it work whether it worked out or not. So if the principles of this seminar won’t be applied to a potential or current relationship because you’re not and don’t plan to be in one, the knowledge imparted here won’t go to waste as it can all be applied to oneself. Remember that we must love ourselves first before we can love another as we cannot give what we do not have.

So come and celebrate Valentine’s with us! Whatever you’re relationship status is, you won’t be left out on this dinner engagement. Just come as you are with an open mind and prepare to love yourself even more so you may love your partner even better or so you may finally impart yourself to another person and share a harmonious life together. How ever this workshop will work for you, you will most definitely understand the truest essence of love.
